Well, what a journey – we shut our retail doors on Tuesday 17th August thinking it was for a short interruption. How wrong we were!
I admire the strength of our local makers and my talented team for working together to bring our new collection to life over this time.
We are very thankful to our online teams who have worked so incredibly hard to keep you inspired, although I am the first to admit, seeing a garment in its reality is always so much more rewarding.
With our new spring collection arriving during the lockdown period, this will be the first time Aucklander’s will get to see what I feel is one of our best collections yet.
When you walk in the door – you will see the soft silk hemlines gently billow in the breeze, experience the touch and feel of our summer linen knitwear, and you must try on to understand the fit and feel of the much awaited Distill Jacket, my personal favourite of the season.
We are so very excited to be opening our Auckland retail doors tomorrow. We love creating and styling outfits for you that suit your lifestyle. The energy and ideas of our talented team/stylists will effortlessly inspire you to find something that fits seamlessly into your world.
That feeling of finding something beautiful and new, that transforms you to be your best self is the vital reward you deserve after the last few months.
We have missed you and look forward to inviting you back into our taylor spaces. The stores have been refreshed, the mannequins styled, and the new summer collection is looking wonderful. To keep you safe, we will be keeping numbers low in our stores, our teams have a tightly monitored sanitising schedule, will be wearing masks and we are happy to say our whole taylor team is fully vaccinated.
