NEWMARKET BUSINESS AWARDS 2024

We’re excited to share that taylor was the recipient of Best Customer Experience Sponsored by New World Newmarket at the 2024 Newmarket Business Awards.

Without our incredible team, who span from Auckland to Dunedin, we wouldn’t be able to achieve all of the amazing things we have over the years and share our mission of empowering women through design. We are honoured to be recognised at the awards night this year. Along with the award, taylor was a finalist in three categories, for a second year running, which is an incredible feat.

“Those who have already shopped in our Newmarket boutique for a number of years will already know, but it was an honour to accept the of Best Customer Experience for a second time. Dressing incredible women and ensuring you are looked after from when you enter the store, to fifteen years later when your jacket is in need of a restoration.

I was lucky enough to accept the award with team members who have been with us for many years, and some who have returned. Kate, our manager, who has been with us for over eleven years. Laura, one of our past managers who has returned to work weekends with us in Newmarket. Courtney, our online manager of nine years, and even Jade, who first started as The Shelter manager 10 years ago and has recently re-joined the taylor team as National Retail Manager. Our taylor team really are amazing, and part of driving our mission” - Vicki Taylor.

We’d like to extend a huge congratulations to all the winners, and a thank you to the Newmarket Business Association for all the work they do to make Newmarket the shopping precinct it is today.
