To our loyal taylor customers, friends and family,
After a year of reflection, change and renewal, we feel honoured to be stepping confidently forward into 2021.
Last year at taylor we saw the exciting rise of online and virtual shopping experiences, we were humbled by the overwhelmingly positive support for local New Zealand businesses, and the growth of our international brand SYMETRIA (taylor for the northern hemisphere) into Selfridges in London, arguably the best department store in the world.
Amidst our accomplishments, the time is now to reflect on what it is we do best at taylor and refocus our energies on the areas of growth in our future.
As we have reached the end of our lease, we have made the bittersweet decision to close our taylor store in Britomart at the end of March 2021. From COVID-19 changes, through to widespread roadworks in the CBD, the impact of change on our customers has prompted the decision to close our beautiful boutique.
To our wonderful Britomart clients, I would like to sincerely thank you for your loyalty over the past 9 years, we are honoured to have been part of your styling and wardrobe choices and hope we can continue to inspire you through the coming seasons.
We invite you to continue to connect with taylor through our Newmarket Boutique, our Ponsonby flagship store “The Shelter“ and online at www.taylorboutique.co.nz.
Our fantastic Britomart Store Manager Pam, and our Britomart stylists will continue working for us in taylor Newmarket and taylor at The Shelter, and all your favourite stylists are available online. We look forward to inspiring you with our new Autumn/Winter 2021 collection arriving in store currently and throughout the next few months.
We have seen a significant and positive shift in conversation to support our local businesses and our New Zealand makers. I encourage you to please continue to show love to your locals, support coffee shops, your favourite restaurants and locally owned businesses which will help us all thrive in the new, more local world we are now all living in.
